Natural sources can include windblown dust， and soot from wildfires. Manmade sources can include motor vehicles， and industrial fuel burning， and manufacturing operations. Many factories were over measure produced the smog that had over the standard and the smog seriously influence the air become air pollution.

　　一堂外教课上局部同学的表示使我警醒，回顾以前的英语教学，我过于关注了怎样让同学在考试时书写出规范答案，却导致了他们在真实生活中上演了“规范无礼”的一幕。

　　这堂生动的外教课，我的大局部同学表示都很出色，反应灵敏，大胆发言，可是，少局部同学暴露出我教学的单薄环节。第一，当询问对方姓名的'时候，仅仅知道说What’s your name?而忽视了礼貌用语Please。第二，当接过他人递来的东西时，忘记说Thank you。第三，对他人尤其是女性直接问How old are you? 这些或许不是大问题，但同学只知机械套用书本句子，没有考虑到中外文化习俗的差别，在实际的语言交际中就了出现了问题。

　　我反复考虑着自身的教学，在关注培养同学的学习兴趣，大胆实践的精神和语言知识的传授之外，还忽视了什么呢？那就是要进一步培养同学跨文化交际的意识和能力，提升其人文素养。《英语课程规范》明确规定，基础教育阶段英语课程的总目标是培养同学的综合语言运用能力，它的形成建立在同学语言技能、语言知识、情感态度和文化意识等素质整体发展的基础上。同学的文化意识与人文素养是能得体运用语言的保证。在教学中，教师要灵活，有发明性的使用课本，处置好语言与文化的关系，努力使同学在学习英语的过程中了解英语国家文化；协助他们提高理解和恰当运用英语的能力，不时发展同学跨文化交际的意识与能力。让他们了解中西方社会道德观念，思维表达方式的不同，扩展同学的视野，培养国际型的人才。想到这里，我要立即做两件事，一是代我的同学们去向Angela道歉,二是要在我的教学计划中增加新的内容。
