In your last letter, you wanted to learn something about the extracurricular reading in our school. Frankly speaking, the situation is not so encouraging. In fact most students seldom read outside class.
The reasons behind are various.First of all,quite a lot of students are burdened with too much homework.Still others haven’t formed such a habit of reading. I think it is quite necessary for the students to take up reading, and teachers should limit the amount of our homework so that students can have enough time to enjoy reading.
