星期六的早上，妈妈教我做蛋炒饭。

第一步，我将两个蛋去掉蛋壳，将蛋黄和蛋白放在一个碗里，用搅蛋器使劲搅匀。第二步，我小心翼翼的将油倒入锅内，我很害怕油跳到我脸上，但是妈妈说只要没有水就不会，但我还是害怕，我自己拿了一个小锅盖当盾牌，挡着我的脸；第三步，我将蛋液“哗”地一下倒进锅里，把我和妈妈吓了一跳，妈妈连忙叫我：“轻点轻点。”我挡着脸，用铲子在锅里搅，等蛋液凝固了，我就轻轻放下米饭，来回的翻炒。最后香喷喷的`蛋炒饭做好了。
