老师是我最敬佩的人。平时看起来老师挺凶的，其实他们都是培育祖国花朵的园丁，传道、授业、解惑的恩师，不会伤害我们的.。那么，假如我是一名老师，我会怎么样呢？
我一定会好好地教学生。上课时，我会专门叫那些胆小的同学发言，因为他们的眼神会告诉我他们心里没底，我想通过课堂回答问题增强他们的自信心；下课后，我会把全班同学召集到操场上去跳绳、踢毽子……因为这样会强健我们的身体。如果看到同学打闹的现象，我会立即把他们叫过来，心平气和地教育他们，告诉他们友好相处的道理，看到同学们又重归于好，我会十分开心的。
