　　As the society changes rapidly, many things will change soon afterwards. It is said that having only one advantage is not enough to come off first in this highly competitive times. What do you think about the other two skills would be except their expertise. In my opinion, it would be communication skill and personal quality.

　　First of all, communication skill is necessary in every part. Every position needs its own specific requirement. 　　english has been getting more and more popular in the last decade. many countries have made english taught as the second language in schools. but why do students need english? if they do need, what do they need it for?

　　different students learn english for different purposes. most of the students learn english because they need to read english textbooks or journals and attend english lectures, while a few students use it to talk to english-speaking visitors, attend seminars, or write letters and reports.

　　whatever the purposes are, one thing is certain: students need english, and english teaching should be strengthened in universities. however, the current teaching methods should be improved and the teaching materials should be updated to satisfy their needs.

　　“姐姐，姐姐，跟我玩呀！”哎，弟弟老是玩也不是办法，我要给他来个“幼儿园学前启蒙教育”，当他的启蒙教师，培训一下他的英语。也许他的天资不够高，但只要他“笨鸟先飞”，说不定就会赶上别人的哦！

　　说起“启蒙教育”，我还真的挺自豪的，因为那些杯子、衣服之类的日常用品都是我教弟弟学会的，也算是“半个老师”。我本想教英语只要像了英语老师教我们那样，老师读一遍，学生跟着读一遍就学会了，没想到……哎，真是一波三折呀！

　　我拿来一块小黑板和几支彩色笔，让他坐着。“来，跟姐姐念‘A’。”“姐姐，我好渴，我要喝果汁。”“不行，你念会这个字母了，我就让你喝。”“哇……”（哭声）没办法，只好让他先喝个痛快了，喝完果汁他就会乖乖学吧，没想到他又要动我的'作业本了，噼里啪啦……哎，太不乖了！

　　第二天，我又开始不厌其烦地教他，功夫不负有心人，终于有了进度。“来，跟姐姐念‘one’。”“one。”接着便是我的掌声了。在我的鼓励下，他学会“one”，“two”，“three”，“four”。只不过有时念“four”时会念错。（已经很不错了！）

　　没想到，当老师这么累，我不紧要教他知识，还得管他乖不乖，要不要喝茶。我现在终于知道老师的辛苦了。

　　这次我可是既教会弟弟英语又懂得老师的艰辛哟。在这里我也要奉劝各位淘气包们：不要再惹老师生气了，收敛一下吧！
