　　New Year is a traditional Chinese festival. Everyone is excited about the New Year. And every family is dressed up. Some put New Year's couplets on the doorposts; Some have beautiful window flowers on the Windows, and red lanterns hung from the houses.

　　This year, my mother took me and my good friends to the park in zhongshan park.

　　In the air cushion paradise, there is a lot of people, but there are many activities. My friend and I were so happy that we hurried to the event. 　　February 19th, 20xx was the Spring Festival, the Chinese Lunar New Year. All the Chinese would en a seven day holiday starting with this day.

　　Early in the morning I was woken up by the loud explosions of firecrackers coming from far and near. After getting up I went out of my resident building to set off some fireworks. Following a loud explosion, a fire ball rose high up, illuminating the whole sky and bursting into the shape of a colorful flower. I got excited. What a ! By the time the sun rose up in the east, the air was full of the smell of gunpowder. I suddenly realized that the air was heavily polluted, for which I felt sorry but it was really a great fun!
