今年元月，我所在的英语培训学校举办了一次英语口语大赛。我以《我的家乡——襄樊》为题，用流利的英语和协调的舞台动作闯过了小组赛、预选赛，以预赛第一名的成绩顺利地杀入了总决赛。经过评委老师的认真评选，我以109。9的好成绩夺得了第一名。（满分为110分）站在领奖台上，我的心情激动万分。3年多来，不管刮风下雨，还是风雪严寒，我都坚持学英语，从不间断。上课时，我认真地听，仔细地记笔记，有不懂的地方主动问老师，并且还认真地完成了老师布置的家庭作业。三年多的汗水终于换来了今天的'荣誉，站在领奖台上，我在众多的人群中寻找爸爸、妈妈的身影。我要感谢他们，是他们在我遇到挫折时，不断地鼓励我；是他们在我稍有退缩时，不断激励我……今天，我能取得这样的好成绩，与他们无微不至的关怀是分不开的。
