　　Many of my relatives move to the larger cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course, big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together.

　　They all cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

　　第一节的英语课上，MissWang就给我们来个“下马威”，向来对英语抱有极大信心的我今天也有点紧张，我们组的其他成员也都有点紧张。我安慰一直对英语没有信心的同桌说：“没关系，我们已经尽力了。”身为组长，我很高兴同桌在听说星期四有英语听写时，积极找我补习英语。同桌很聪明，也很自觉，她虽然没有上英语辅导班，但她已经利用自己全部课余时间来补习英语了。

　　下午我和同桌都早早地来到教室，她一来就激动地告诉我：“天哪！我会拼单词啦！你看，这个，这个，我都会啦！”

　　这可是一个好消息！我再回头看了看成其他组员，都在复习英语，我觉得我们组在英语听写的时候肯定会得到一个不错的成绩！我和同桌又把英语单词拼写练习了几遍，上课铃终于响了。

　　盼望着，盼望着，老师终于发听写本了！老师只报了五个单词，同学们都格外认真，教室里只听见同学们“沙沙”的写字声。听写完之后，老师让同桌之间互换听写本进行批改。

　　我拿到同桌的`听写本之后大略地看了一下，耶！同桌已经攻破翻译这道坎了，我又翻开书，一个字母一个字母地校对，完全正确，太棒了！我在心里小小地为同桌庆祝了一下。再看看我的听写情况，一个“100”已经在我的本子上冲我笑了。我们组4个人，有3个人都是“100”。

　　这次听写使我明白了：没有过不去的坎，只有不努力的人。希望我们组所有人能一直这样把学习当成一种乐趣。
