Should Graduates Spend Much on Job Hunting? Nowadays college graduates spend more and more money on job hunting. According to a recent survey, almost every graduate spends some money on finding a job. And clothing, transportation, resumes producing and training expense are the main aspects that cost them a lot of money.
As to this phenomenon, different people have different views. Some say it is necessary for graduates to spend money in producing embellished resumes and buying suitable clothes, which can give interviewers a good impression and increase their chance of success. However, others dont think so. They argue that the high expenditure can increase their parents financial burden since most students have no regular income. Apart from that, the decorated resumes do little help to find a job because most HR managers pay more attention to skills.
In my opinion, there is nothing wrong for graduates to invest some money on job hunting. But they should bear in mind that it is their knowledge, skills as well as experience that matter a lot. So they must have a rational attitude toward what they should buy and how much money they should spend.

Maybe most people like the big cities, because of the good living conditions. But I prefer to live in the countryside, for it's much quieter and more peaceful. The first time I entered the campus as a freshman, I was deeply attracted by her cultural atmosphere and historical connotation. Another deep impression of my university is her creativity and profundity. As is known to all, she has a wide range and comprehensive style. No wonder I can enjoy the multi-ceolored life here. Every school year a diversity of competitions and aetivities are held and a large number of students take active part in them. I do appreciate such a style, and in my mind's eye, she resembles a tall tree silhouetting with all shapes of branches while stretching far into the blue sky.
Undoubtedly there is a world of difference between university and high school. University students are supposed to enjoy more freedom to develop themselves. However, Fudan seems more concerned about the efficient cooperation and teamwork among students as to prepare them for the competitive society. I believe upon graduation I will be equipped with abundant skills to face more unknown challenges.

From the above analysis, we can easily come to the following three conclusions. The first conclusion is that Chinese parents like to take more care of their children. American parents, on the other hand, like to pay more attention to the development of their children＇s ability to be independent. They＇d rather encourage their children to support themselves. The second conclusion is that Chinese students are more dependent on their parents whereas American students are more dependent on themselves. Lastly, there are fewer people in America, so it is easier for students to findapart time job. However, in China, such chances are rare since we have so many people looking for jobs.
