Some parents spoil their kids. They keep their kids from any kind of pain. They defend them even when theyre wrong.
These kids will only grow into bitter old infants without any merit.
Some other parents love their kids, too. But they always deliberately steer their kids into all kinds of difficult situations.
This is because they know that ultimately youre alone in your own life and there will be problems that can only be solved by you.
So, they have to make sure that their kids grow into warriors.
This is true love.
So, if you love yourself, be hard on yourself.

Eating Yuanxiao--吃元宵
Yuanxiao is the special food for the Lantern Festival. It is believed that Yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, Yuanxiao, of Emperor Wu Di of the Han Dynasty. Yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing. And the Festival is named after the famous dumpling. It is very easy to cook - simply dump them in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes - and eaten as a dessert.
