　　1. my job is a college teacher, although i had never t the idea that i would become a college teacher in the four years of my college life, but nowadays, i have decided on a college teacher as my life-long career.

　　2. i like my job for three reasons that it has led me to choose this occupation. first, teaching is learning. to make my lectures more constructive(积极,有建设性) and stimulating(激情), i have to read more books, eplore new knowledge and gain a better understanding of the world –the every thing that i enjoy in my life. second, teaching means freedom and independence. as a teacher, i’m free to use my own ideas and make my own decision, this privilege(特权) not everyone can have, even those with highly-paid positions. third, as a college teacher, i can acquire the more opportunity to continue learning. finally, i like teaching because it offers certain peace of mind. no more rushing to catch a morning bus, no more aniety to please a boss, no more worries about your paycheck which is steady(稳定), even though it is not handsome(可观).

　　3. there is something about my job which i don’t like very much. for eample, i must get to classroom on time, don’t late one minute when i have teaching task; i have not relations with the local government and society, there are not convenience of solving some difficulties in my life through privilege ; i must write some article about my profession i’m teaching because for my professional passing judgment;

　　4. although, being a college teacher, it has its advantages and its disadvantages. in my opinion, a college teacher is a better profession, i will decided on a college teacher as my life-long career.

　　再过几天就是新年了，家家户户都在为春节准备着，我家也不例外。除了做卫生、贴窗花，每次小年的时候我们家都要吃饺子，但想吃可不容易，因为我们家都是自己包。

　　It;s new year;s day in a few days. Every family is preparing for the Spring Festival. My family is no exception. In addition to hygiene and window decoration, we eat dumplings every time we are young, but it;s not easy to eat them, because we make our own dumplings.

　　20xx年是猪年，当然得吃猪肉馅饺子，所以奶奶早早就跑去买猪肉和饺子皮。上午我去上围棋课，回来时己经12点了。奶奶说吃过午饭，睡过午觉，下午我们来包饺子！这时我高兴地“跳”了起来。

　　20xx is the year of the pig. Of course, we have to eat dumplings filled with pork. So grandma went to buy pork and dumpling skin early. I went to go class in the morning. It was already 12 o;clock when I came back. Grandma said that we had lunch, had a nap and made dumplings in the afternoon! Then I jumped up happily.

　　下午两点，包饺子“大战”正式展开。我们把手洗的干干净净的，看起来没有一点细菌之后，就开始包了。因为我不会包，在一边玩的无聊，就用面做了一把短剑，我奶奶看见了，笑着把它放在盘子上，然后对我说：“你做的“饺子”放在这个盘子里，等会儿自己吃。”奶奶有点瞧不起我做的“饺子”，我有些失落，动作也慢了下来。爸爸见我不会包，就教我包。我看一遍流程后，大概明白了一点。于是，我按照爸爸教我的方法，包了起来。

　　At two o;clock in the afternoon, the "battle" of dumplings was officially launched. After we had our hands cleaned and looked free of bacteria, we began to pack. Because I can;t pack, I used noodles to make a dagger while playing. My grandma saw it and put it on the plate with a smile. Then she said to me, "the dumplings you made are put on this plate, and I;ll eat them later." Grandma looked down on the dumplings I made. I was a little lost and slowed down. When dad saw that I didn;t know how to pack, he taught me how to pack. After I read the process, I got a little bit of it. So I wrapped it up the way my father taught me.

　　我把饺子皮放在左手上，用勺子舀了一大块肉放上，把饺子皮两边一按，一个饺子就包好了。我自信满满地给我爸看，“包的比刚才好多了”，他说。

　　I put the dumpling skin on my left hand, scooped a large piece of meat with a spoon and put it on. Press both sides of the dumpling skin, and one dumpling will be wrapped. I confidently showed my dad, "the bag is much better than before," he said.

　　听到了这句话，我按照刚刚那样，继续照葫芦画瓢，我一口气就包了10个。这时爸爸说话了：“怎么样？会了吧，我教你的'好用吧！”我心里十分高兴，但我没有回答他，只是点了点头。包饺子看似很简单，实际做起来很难，但只要掌握了其中的窍门，一切都会水到渠成。
