　　亲爱的老师，同学们，你们好！今天我演讲的题目是《祖国就是我的母亲》。

　　“刘祎，回老家看看吧？”两年前的暑假中，爸爸再一次问我。我还是那句老话：“不，要回你自己回！”这时，勾起了我以前回家乡看奶奶的情景：我们睡在底矮的茅屋里，没有蚊帐，晚上蚊叮虫咬，害得我整宿整宿睡不着觉；门前是一堆堆的牛粪，又臭又脏，泥泞的路到处是水潭子，如果不小心踩到水潭子，整个脚就陷下去，好不容易把脚抽出来，可鞋子却留在泥潭里……爸爸好像看出了我的心思，对我说：“现在回家乡看看，看看你还认得奶奶的村庄、奶奶的屋吗？。”我暗暗地想：这是真的吗？于是我就跟着爸爸坐着汽车回家乡了。
